Improve your posture and core stability


Pilates is a system of exercises designed to treat the whole body, with particular emphasis on the core muscles. These muscles are responsible for maintaining our posture and body alignment. The exercises are gentle but challenging and the overall benefits include:

• Improved posture
• Increased flexibility
• Better awareness of breathing techniques
• Strengthening of the main muscle groups
• Improved balance

I use corrective techniques to improve posture, core stability and strength. I believe it is important to learn in a relaxed environment and strive to achieve this in my classes.
