Classes in Ballet and Tap
In our classes through exercise and routine, you will learn technique, exercises and dance movements. Classes help to improve fitness, co-ordination, strength, muscle tone; flexibility, stamina and confidence. As well as giving your body a work out, the classes are also good for the mind and through achievement give a great sense of well being.
At the same time, you will meet new friends and step away from the pressures of everyday life, in an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere all held at our purpose built studios where the fully sprung floor is gentle on the joints.
